Included here are the new Registration and Code of Conduct forms which can be downloaded and completed prior to visiting Registration on Saturdays Feb 10th and 17th at the Falls Park Community Building for the 2024 Season

If you missed registration, please download the form, complete it and mail it to PJB, PO Box 234, Pendleton, 46064.  Completed forms can also be scanned and emailed directly to Ron Mills at [email protected].  Questions should be directed towards Ron via email or phone (765-606-5909).

Please note that these forms are ONLY for the Champions League registration and should NOT be used for general baseball or softball registration.
